The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: ‘guest’, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
The booking at The Beeches is considered confirmed when we receive your deposit payment and send a written confirmation of the reservation via email. We ask for a deposit of 30% of the total booking price, with the remaining balance due 56 days (8 weeks) prior to your stay.
The deposit is necessary to confirm the booking.
No booking contract exists between The Beeches and the booker until the booking form has been received. We reserve the right to refuse or to accept bookings in our absolute discretion. Please inform us immediately if there are any discrepancies in the costs or details of your booking.
Cancellation of the booking by the guest should be made in writing by email to [email protected]
In the event of a new booking being made by a different person for a cancelled date, we will return the balance to the original guest and retain the booking deposit or £150, whichever is lesser, as an administrative fee.
Guests can change their booking to another date up to 12 weeks before for no extra cost. After that, the postponement will be treated like a cancelled booking.
We will endeavour to make sure the property is available for the dates contracted. In the unlikely event the property becomes unavailable and we have to cancel the booking, the guest shall be entitled to a full refund.
We shall only be liable to return the monies received. No compensation or consequential losses shall be paid.
